Beata Śniechowska
Chef and restaurateur. Head of two restaurants in Poland – MŁODA POLSKA BISTRO and BABA. Winner of the 2nd edition of MasterChef Polska program, author of many culinary books. Holds a PhD in engineering from the Wrocław University of Technology , self-taught and a seeker in the kitchen. One of the new generations top chefs and restaurateurs. She has been invited many times to events from the Food & Future series, where she cooks with the best star chefs from Poland and around the world. She recreats Polish cuisine. Beata often reaches for childhood flavors and presents them in her very own way. She cooks with the finest ingredients and strongly associates her cuisine with seasonality. Presenting dishes in a clear and simple form is Beata’s virtue. However, a clear vision often consists of a long and laborious process. Clear compositions guided by a simple form of expression, which very often consists of complex stages when it comes to preparation.
In 2019 Beata Śniechowska was nominated in category Woman Chef by the Gault & Millau guide.
In 2022, she won the title of TOP new generation restaurateur in Poland.
In 2024, she was included on the list of the world’s best chefs in the prestigious The Best Chef Awards ranking, earning the “One Knife” award.
